DNA Verification with NEOGEN

All sheep entered into the AKHSS database as F3 and above are required to submit a DNA sample for parentage verification. DNA submitted may be blood, semen, tissue or hair follicles. Testing is done by our partner laboratory, Neogen.

DNASubmission Instructions:

1. Complete new Registration Application in the Member Portal.

2. Order Testing Card(s) from Neogen (below)

3. Collect DNA

4. Complete Igenity Order Form (Found in Forms section)

5. Return DNA samples with Igenity Order Form to: Neogen Genomics, 4131 N. 48th St. Lincoln, NE 68504.
